We strive to present you with an Italian meal in the authentic Italian dining tradition. In
Italy, the meal consists of three courses and is usually eaten at midday to take a break
from the stresses of the day. Antipasto is eaten before the first course and includes hot and cold
appetizers like bruschetta and shrimp. Primo is the first course usually consisting of pasta or
soup. Secondo is the second course, as well as the main course, and contains meat, poultry,
game or fish. With the main course, “contorno” or pasta side dishes, are offered to complement
the entrées. Throughout our menu we have suggested selected contornos to add to your main
meal. Finally there is the last course commonly known as dolce, or dessert. Ask your server
about today’s special dessert creations.
